TIXVOW Terms & Conditions
Terms for using TIXVOW event discovery, ticketing, organizer, and venue services.
Status: Draft for owner and qualified legal counsel review. Not attorney-approved.
Version: 2026-10-05-draft-1
Effective date: To be set after owner and qualified legal counsel review
Draft status and who these terms cover
This draft is prepared for review by the TIXVOW owner and qualified legal counsel. It is not attorney-approved, is not legal advice, and is not a legal certification. The effective date must be set after review.
These terms are intended to cover people who browse TIXVOW, create buyer accounts, reserve free RSVPs, buy tickets, transfer tickets, apply to use organizer or venue tools, or otherwise use the service. Account registration and each ticket checkout require a separate affirmative acceptance of the version shown at that step. TIXVOW records the accepted version and time.
The legal entity operating TIXVOW, its address, service territories, and formal notice contact have not been established in this app and must be completed before publication.
Accounts, eligibility, and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials under your control, and use the account only with authority to do so. Applicable minimum-age, territory, and other eligibility rules must be completed by the owner and counsel; this draft does not set them.
Organizer and venue tools are subject to application and review. Organizer access may remain locked pending approval and completion of an organizer profile. Venue applications are reviewed separately, and venue workspaces remain subject to their displayed review status. Users must accept the current Terms version before registering or using organizer or venue access.
Event discovery, listings, and ticket checkout
Events, venues, ticket types, prices, availability, schedules, age or entry restrictions, and accessibility details are supplied by organizers or venues. They are responsible for keeping those details accurate and for event delivery. TIXVOW provides event discovery, listing, ticketing, checkout, order records, and ticket scanning tools; it does not operate or control each event.
A listing or search result is informational and does not reserve inventory. Availability can change before an order is confirmed. Free RSVPs and paid tickets use the capacity and eligibility rules shown for the event. A checkout quote is not final until the server accepts the order and, for paid tickets, payment is confirmed and fulfillment is completed.
Before submitting an order, review the event-specific offer and the checkout summary. The summary can show ticket subtotal, discounts, applicable fees, sales tax, and total. Receipts and order pages show the resulting order and payment status. A hosted third-party payment flow may be used. The identity and legal roles of payment providers, who acts as seller or merchant of record, fee allocation, tax collection and remittance, and organizer settlement terms require owner and counsel confirmation; these Terms do not assign those roles.
Promo codes and other reductions apply only when accepted by the checkout rules and the displayed offer. Invalid, expired, inactive, exhausted, inapplicable, or non-combinable codes may be rejected. TIXVOW may recheck price, capacity, and eligibility before an order is recorded.
Organizer and venue responsibilities; payouts and disputes
Organizers are responsible for event details, ticket offers, inventory decisions, admission, event communications they send, event delivery, venue coordination, and their event-specific cancellation, postponement, refund, and transfer policies. Venues are responsible for accurate venue information, venue rules, and the venue-side accessibility and safety information they supply. Each is responsible for complying with applicable law and honoring its published commitments.
Proposed attendee-data rule for owner and counsel review: when organizer tools expose attendee or order details, organizers and authorized event staff should use those details only for supported event operations and follow applicable law and published platform rules. The organizer agreement and Privacy Policy must define permitted reuse or sharing, recipient roles, retention and deletion, and security responsibilities before these Terms are final.
Organizer payout eligibility and timing, settlement calculations, payment holds, disputed charges, chargeback responsibility, tax reporting, and the allocation or ownership of fees depend on business and payment-provider terms that are not established here. They must be disclosed in the applicable organizer agreement or offer after owner and counsel review. No payout schedule or dispute outcome is promised by this draft.
Changes, cancellations, refunds, transfers, and chargebacks
Event-specific cancellation, postponement, refund, and transfer decisions belong to the applicable event organizer under the policy shown for that event and applicable law. Review that policy before purchase. The separate TIXVOW Refund Policy describes the platform request, review, and provider-confirmation workflow.
A refund or cancellation request is not approval, a payment instruction to the provider, or a completed refund. The current organizer dashboard workflow records a request for administrator review. Processing and confirmation require external provider reference and evidence. TIXVOW does not guarantee a refund, amount, fee treatment, remedy, or completion time except for an expressly displayed offer that applies to the order.
Ticket transfers, where enabled, follow the controls and eligibility shown in the app. A transfer does not change the event organizer’s responsibilities or the event-specific policy. Payment disputes and chargebacks may involve the payment provider and the relevant organizer; the allocation of losses, fees, evidence duties, and appeal rights remains for owner and counsel review.
Order records may preserve the order state, refund status, transfer history, and checkout Terms version and acceptance time. Refunded or canceled inventory is handled under the product rules applicable to that order; a partial refund may not release all ticket inventory.
Demand-backed event launches
Some events may be offered as conditional, demand-backed launches. Before a reservation, the checkout displays the conditional status, organizer-set paid-ticket threshold and deadline, current progress, and the applicable subtotal, fees, taxes, payment, and refund terms. A launch reaches its goal only when the required qualifying paid tickets are completed and non-refunded by the deadline; unpaid, incomplete, or refunded tickets do not count.
The launch terms shown for the specific event control its go/no-go outcome. Under the current launch offer, if the launch misses its goal or is canceled, the full buyer-paid amount, including fees and taxes, is due back. The app records refund handling as pending until provider confirmation and does not mark an unconfirmed provider refund complete. A materially changed launch may offer a buyer the in-app option to request cancellation and a full buyer-paid refund as shown on the order receipt. No provider completion time is promised.
Fan Rewards
An organizer may enable Fan Rewards for selected events and configure referral credits, verified-attendance credits, and a per-order cap. Referral credits are recorded through paid checkout fulfillment; attendance credits are recorded through the ticket-use or check-in flow. Eligible available credit may be applied at checkout, and organizers or administrators may pause or adjust a program. Current code defaults are $0.50 for each credit type and a $5.00 per-order cap; the active program’s displayed terms control.
Credits are conditional and are not guaranteed to be issued. They may be withheld or revoked by the organizer or TIXVOW consistent with the published program conditions and applicable law. The app does not establish a credit expiration rule or complete public rules for eligibility, posting time, redemption limits, refund or chargeback reversals, withholding procedures, support, or remedies. Those details must be set in published program terms and reviewed by the owner and qualified counsel before any guarantee is made.
Accounts, messages, and profile choices
TIXVOW uses account and order information to provide sign-in, ticket delivery, receipts, transfers, account recovery, event changes, cancellation and refund notices, security notices, and other event-service messages. These transactional messages are separate from optional promotional messages.
New buyer profiles currently initialize promotional email preference as enabled. Users can change promotional email, recommendation, Encore Alert, and Use My City settings separately in the buyer profile. Turning off a promotional setting does not disable transactional messages required for an order, account, or event workflow. The legal basis and notice language for the current default require owner and counsel review.
The app records account-level acceptance of the Terms version and time during signup and before existing accounts proceed to organizer or venue tools. Paid and free ticket checkout also records the ticket Terms version, time, and checkout source with the order. Terms acceptance is separate from promotional email preference.
Privacy, analytics, and location
The Privacy Policy describes the verified account, order, preference, analytics, location, and service-provider practices visible in the current app. It also identifies practices the app cannot verify, including service-provider retention and model-training practices. Review it alongside these Terms.
TIXVOW analytics currently stores a persistent visitor identifier in browser local storage and sends a page-load beacon containing the app slug and that identifier to Polsia. Separate event analytics store daily event counters without that visitor identifier. Beacon retention and platform-side association are not established by this app.
Current “Events Near You” discovery can request browser geolocation. If permission is granted, the browser sends latitude and longitude with the discovery request; when denied or unavailable, discovery proceeds without those coordinates. This browser-permission flow is separate from any IP-derived location feature.
The app currently uses a request-source IP value for ticket-lookup rate limiting by hashing it into the lookup record. If the optional anti-abuse challenge is enabled, the lookup request also passes the source address to the challenge verifier. This app does not establish general application-log retention.
AI features and data use
Personalized event ranking can send saved category tokens and selected public event facts, such as event titles, descriptions, dates, venue names, categories, ticket type, and listed price, through the Polsia AI proxy to rank eligible public events. The buyer can turn off personalized recommendations in the buyer profile. Saved interests and event preferences, saved events, and events with a verified door check-in can contribute category tokens; a ticket purchase by itself is not treated as attendance. The buyer profile city can move matching same-city events higher when Use My City is enabled, and the reviewed AI prompt does not include that city. The AI prompt receives category tokens and candidate public event facts, not a raw browsing-history feed.
When an organizer uses the broadcast copilot, the app sends the organizer’s campaign goal, selection hints, and an aggregate event and ticket catalog to the Polsia AI proxy to create an editable campaign draft. The organizer reviews the draft and separately controls sending through the existing campaign workflow.
This codebase does not establish whether Polsia or any underlying model provider retains these inputs, shares them further, or uses them to train or improve AI systems; it also does not establish retention periods or a separate AI-data opt-out for the copilot. TIXVOW makes no claim that training or improvement use either occurs or does not occur until the owner confirms provider practices and counsel reviews the disclosure. AI output is a suggestion, not a guarantee of event relevance or campaign performance.
Approximate IP location and Promoted Events (future features)
The current app code does not derive a visitor’s approximate location from an IP address and does not implement paid Promoted Events. If and when these features are introduced, the planned IP-derived estimate is limited to approximate city or region, not precise coordinates, and is intended to support Events Near You recommendations and regional promotion targeting without linking that IP-derived estimate to an identifiable browsing-history record. The owner must verify the actual source, fields, storage, retention, and controls before enabling it.
If paid Promoted Events are introduced, an organizer may pay for boosted placement during a fixed time window in event listings, search, and post-checkout “near you” recommendations. Promotion would affect placement only; it would not change ticket price, availability, or terms for tickets already purchased. Placement would return to its normal level automatically when the paid window ends. Fees, durations, regions, and implementation remain to be confirmed before launch.
User content and intellectual property
Users retain rights they hold in event descriptions, images, marks, and other content they submit. Users must have authority to submit that content and must not infringe another person’s rights. To operate event listings, profiles, ticket pages, and related service features, the proposed terms grant TIXVOW a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, format, and display submitted content for those purposes. The precise license scope, duration, sublicensing for service providers, and takedown process require counsel review before publication.
TIXVOW’s service software, branding, and materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. No ownership of user content is transferred to TIXVOW by this draft.
Acceptable use, accessibility, and safety
Users must not submit false or misleading event or venue information, evade payment or access controls, misuse another person’s account or data, interfere with the service, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, unsafe, or rights-infringing activity. Organizers and venues remain responsible for event safety, admission rules, accurate accessibility information, and reasonable event delivery decisions within applicable law. TIXVOW’s listing or ticketing tools do not certify that an event, venue, accessibility feature, or user is safe or suitable.
Users should report suspected misuse through the support channel shown on the site. Specific accessibility obligations, moderation standards, reporting response commitments, and service-level promises require owner and counsel review.
Moderation, suspension, availability, and third parties
The product includes administrative review and account suspension tools. TIXVOW may review, restrict, remove, or suspend content or access when necessary to investigate suspected misuse, protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, or enforce published rules. The notice, appeal, and reinstatement process has not been fully specified in this draft and requires owner and counsel review.
The service depends on hosting, authentication, communications, AI, and payment providers. Their terms, availability, data practices, and outages may affect some features. TIXVOW does not promise uninterrupted availability. Provider identities and allocation of responsibility for provider errors must be confirmed by the owner.
Liability, indemnification, disputes, and governing law
No specific warranty disclaimer, liability cap, excluded-damages clause, indemnity scope, dispute procedure, governing law, or forum is established in the verified business information supplied for this draft. Qualified counsel must provide and review those provisions, including required exceptions and consumer protections, before these Terms are treated as final. This draft does not invent a governing jurisdiction, waive statutory rights, or set a liability limit.
Contact and policy links
For general platform questions, the company contact address supplied for this app is tixvow@polsia.app. The owner must confirm whether it is also the appropriate formal legal-notice and privacy-request address before publication.
The Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are separate documents and should be reviewed with these Terms. Event-specific policies shown by the organizer apply to event delivery, cancellation, postponement, refund, and transfer questions.
